All products have a warranty of 30 days. If the 30 days warranty period is pass we will not be able to refund or exchange your product. To be eligible for refund or exchange the product must be unused and in its original packaging, unfortunately, personal items like underwear or innerwear will not be qualified for refund or exchange unless they are in original condition and packaging as you received them.
To qualify for a refund or exchange you need to present an original receipt or proof of purchase. The product must be returned to the address we will send you. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Once we received your product we will inspect and send you a notification about the product condition we received and if it qualified for a refund.
If you requested a refund then it will be processed and the credit will be applied to the payment method you used.
We will send you a notification about the credit date we issued to your account. Please verify with your bank or credit card company the credit as sometimes takes 1 to 2 billing cycles to be posted in your account.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund or exchange.
We will exchange items that have manufacturer defects or are damaged during the manufacturing process.
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and you wish to request an exchange or refund, follow our return procedure and once the returned item is received our store will issue a gift certificate that will be sent to your email.
