Please be informed that we are unable to accept any orders to be billed or shipped to destinations with PO Boxes at any location in the World.

All shipments will be processed within 48 hours from the time of your order. Please allowed between 15-45 days for your order to arrived to your destination. If you did not receive your order within 45 days please contact our customer service at support@amazingfasionstore.com. Refunds will be available at any time if your order will not be delivered within this time.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Priority shipping costs are calculated at Checkout. Orders placed 10 am EST will deliver within time table according to the shipping provider.

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt(processing time does not include weekends days or holidays). Orders places on Saturday or Sunday will be processed following Monday. Some items sold by Amazingfashionstore.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of this items.The method of shipment of this this items is dedicated by these regulations. Shipping charges vary by weight, item, and shipping option you choose.

RETURN POLICY

All products has warranty of 30 days. If the 30 days warranty period is pass we will not be able to refund or exchange your product. To be eligible for refund or exchange the product must be unused and in its original packaging, unfortunately personal items like panties, bras will not be qualified for refund or exchange unless they are in original condition and packaging as you received them.

To qualified for refund or exchange you need to present original receipt or proof of purchase. The product must be return to the address we will send you. Please do not send product back to the manufacturer.

Once we received your product we will inspect and send you notification about the product condition we received and if it qualified for refund.

If you approved for refund then refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your order and payment method you used.

Late or missing refunds and credits if applicable.

We will send you notification about the credit date we issued to your account. Please verified with your bank or credit card company about the credit as sometimes takes 5 business days to be posted in your account.

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you may qualify for the value of your return item. Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will e issued to you.
